Ordering Online

Is your website secure?

Shopping with your credit card with Exclusive Baby is guaranteed to be safe and secure.

We take extensive steps to process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet.

This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us. When this encrypted information reaches our secure server, we translate it back to its original form and store it safely offline and inaccessible through the Internet.

To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. Your card will be charged at the point of purchase and you will receive an email confirmation.  Please retain your confirmation number for easy reference should there be any delay in your shipment.

Re-authorizations after the initial order

We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up.

Tax

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Colorado. The current Colorado state tax rate is 2.9%.  Exclusive Baby is located in Lafayette, Colorado in Boulder County.  If you reside in Boulder county you will be charged an additional tax of .65%.  If you also live in Lafayette, Colorado you will be charged an additonal tax of 3.5%.  If you live in any of the metro counties of Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, or Douglas you will be charged a RTD/FD/CD tax of 1.2%, if you know your address within any of these counties does not qualify for this tax, please contact us before submitting your order. All Colorado addresses will be verified that the correct tax amount was collected. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Price Matching

We offer a Price Match option on almost any product. We do reserve the right to decline to match a price, but in most cases we will honor price match requests with other websites.

In order to qualify for a price match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met:

1) The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower priced site. Backorders will not be matched and we do not match prices on items that are out of stock.

2) The item must be EXACTLY the same as the product you want to order from us. Same color, size, year, model, etc.

3) The product must be the same year. We do not price match on closeouts from previous years, scratch and dent items, blems, etc.

4) Coupons and promotional codes may not be used with price matches, either from our site or from a competitors coupon.

5) Shipping prices will be met as well in the event that the lower priced site has a more expensive shipping charge.

6) The Product must be orderable online. Online advertisements are not honored unless the product can be ordered online through a secure server with a functioning shopping cart.

7) The price match must be completed BEFORE you order the product from us. No price match requests will be honored on items that have already been ordered and/or shipped.

Shipping

All Tike Tech Products are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order.  Your Tike Tech item is shipped via UPS Ground.  Only ground shipping is honored for our Free Shipping Promotion, please email us for a quote on any express shipping. If there should be a delay in shipping, you will be notified immediately. 

Please allow one to two weeks for delivery of all Anewvee by Exclusive Baby items.  Your Exclusive Baby product is hand created upon purchase and will be shipped immediately after completion.  Few Anewvee items are kept in stock.  If your Anewvee item is marked as in stock, it will ship within 24 hours of purchase. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all Angel Song items.  Your custom piece is put into production at the point of purchase and will ship immediately upon completion.  Angel Song items will ship via FedEx.

Where we ship

Under our current shipping guidelines, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US.  If you live outside the continental United States (ie. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii) but you have a stateside address, we can certainly arrange to ship your order there.  If you would like a quote for shipping outside the continental US, please contact us at customerservice@shopexclusivebaby.com

Delivery Times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect for any Tike Tech item:

UPS Domestic:

Ground - If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one.

The following shipment methods do not pertain to our Free Shipping promotion and you will need to email us to get a quote for these methods of shipping your Tike Tech item:


3 Day Select- If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in three days, starting with shipping day number one.

2nd Day Air- If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST, your order will leave our facility the same day you order it. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two days, starting with shipping day number one.

Next Day Air- If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST, your order will leave our facility the same day you order it. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order will arrive the day after the order is placed, if your order is placed before 3P.M. MST.


IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

*We are not responsible for UPS' performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our ha nds. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with UPS. UPS only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments, (not ground). UPS does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their website for all details.

All Anewvee by Exclusive Baby items are shipped via DHL:

Please allow two to three for delivery of all Exclusive Baby items.  Your Anewvee product is hand created upon purchase and will be shipped immediately after completion.  Few Exclusive Baby tems are kept in stock.  If your Anewvee by Exclusive Baby item is marked as in stock, it will ship within 24 hours of purchase. 

All Angel Song products are custom made at the time of purchase.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all Angel Song products.  You may email us at any time to request the status of your purchase.  All Angel Song products are shipped via FedEx Ground.  Please email us at customerservice@shopexclusivebaby.com for an expedited shipping quote.  Thank you.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 14 business days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us plus a 10% restocking fee, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarification:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition(This includes pet hair) and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.)
  • All Angel Song products are considered Custom Products and therefore there are no returns for any Angel Song or Heaven Sent by Angel Song items. 
  • If you have a warrenty or defective issue, please contact the manufacturer. 
  • If you qualified for our Free shipping promotion and your return takes your total purchase amount below the amount needed to qualify for the promotion, the shipping amount according to the above table will be deducted from your refund
  • Refused shipments/orders will be assessed a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our Final Approval 

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods.  Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.
